I don’t know if it quite count as a Puzzle game, but if you have a VR headset, Boneworks is really great.  It’s kind of like Half-Life meets Portal.

Another one is,”the Talos Principle”.  It’s a 3D puzzle game that takes place in a very beautiful scenery.
