Welp, my blackberry broke, after I dropped it in the toilet. Well, I didn’t drop it but it fell out of my pocket. Point is it wont turn on anymore

The blackberry10 os phones are very usable even today, as long as you dont mind the lack of apps, and the browser that doesn’t work with a lot of websites. I am considering buying another one at some point.

Apparently the keyboard has a 5000mAh battery in it, and it’s a lot more bulky than i thought at first, so if I buy it, I don’t think I’d leave it on all the time, but I’m not sure because I used a very big and heavy phone for about a year and I didn’t mind it.

One thing I wish it had is a trackpoint like thinkpads, or a tiny trackpad like the blackberry classic turning it essentially in to a tiny linux laptop.

I just feel like a lot of your topics are walls of text that no one or very few people are responding to. You have said that you’re posting these on other platforms, hopefully you get more responces there.

Personally, I just cant read these big walls of text, I lose interest very quickly and I can imagine that is the reasoning for many others as well.

I don’t really think anything you’ve said on here is truly banworthy, even for mainstream anti-conspiracy websites like youtube. I don’t care if you’re in to conspiracies or anything else, you do you.

Anyway about the crypto/blockchain thing, I didnt know there was a cryptocurrency officially backed by the US dollar

It seems like it’s just a UI update to Windows 10. It doesnt have any new features as far as I am aware. I guess it’s trying to fix the inconsistency of Windows 10s design, although personally it never bothered me. I’ve moved over to linux now so I don’t really care that much

It’s not really a suggestion, but sam has said that he doesn’t wanna endorse any version of FunkOS, because he doesn’t have the technical skill to check if there is anything sketchy in the code. He could get someone else to review the code, but that person would also have to be someone that he can trust. And I’m pretty sure he doesn’t have anyone with the technical skill and with the will to do that. And they would have to review every update to the code which could take some time.

If you want higher framerates in Geometry Dash, there are some things that can help, without buying a whole new computer (that will be equally as bad as the one you have now).

You could try to uninstall bloatware that was pre installed with your PC, and programs you arent using anymore.

You could also try to close as many programs as possible, things like browsers, discord, and other programs you just leave open in the background, these can significantly impact performance, esspecially on a low end laptop.

If you want a good laptop you have to buy a more expensive laptop, I recommend at least $400 if you want something decent.

If you had a bad experience with a $150 laptop, your logic shouldn’t just be to buy another one for around the same price, it’ll probably be equally slow/bad. Just buy a more expensive laptop.

But if it absolutly has to be that cheap, your best bet would probably be something used.

Windows Movie Maker isn’t terrible, it’s just missing a lot of features, but this also makes it very easy to learn, and it’s also very light weight compared to other editing programs. So for some basic cutting it works really well. But for me davinci resolve is just way more powerful.

GIMP 2.10.22 sucks, I’m using GIMP 2.10.12, because it’s better and easier to understand.

at some point between 2.10.22 and 2.10.12 they romoved a lot of the tools.
