I was doing some browsing around in the website, and it’s completely broken. Skills on the profile page weren’t displaying the actual colorful bar, the Recently active members panel had missing pictures (in fact, most of everything has missing pictures), but the main thing with this post is that, somehow, I can’t click on some things in the profile page (and it’s not a problem with my mouse this time). Whether I want to click on the icon that’s right of the Globe notification icon in your profile page to edit something; or when I do get in the place that lets me edit account info, widgets, and all of that; If I click on, say, “Account Settings” (the thing that drops down and/or redirects you to a page where you can edit your email and all of that), nothing happens at all.
I later discovered that, after testing the website out with another browser, and things DO seem to load. I’m currently using Edge (the new one), and I suspect this might be why. (and for the people commenting, no I won’t switch out of Edge just for this, I’ve grown a slight bit tired of the look of Chrome after having it installed for 5 years straight).
So there you go, that’s all I could come up with, feel free to ask any further questions if more information is required to fix this
Hey @Gabs, I’ve logged in using Edge (version 84.0.522.44) and I don’t have these issues. Everything seems to be working fine, including the account settings page, skills, everything. Have you already cleaned all FUNKY TIME cache and cookies?
Hey there, thanks for the help! I cleared my cache and everything seems to work fine for now. May I suggest that the advice of clearing cookies becomes more available, even if as a question on the FAQ section or something? Either that or a “Things to consider before writing a bug report” thing
Hey Gabs, so glad it worked, thanks for confirming! Glitches like that happened to me a few times on Safari as well.
And thanks for the suggestion as well, I agree! A FAQ or maybe a sticky post in the Bugs forum would be really useful.
