      Hey Monkeys,

      Through the power of the FUNK-O-SOFTWARE running the site, we could send out a monthly newsletter to members. Wondering if you had any cool ideas of what it could include?

      Here’s my brainstorming:

      • Feature the most liked video or a hidden gem vid for the month
      • Any new merch or photo’s of members showing off merch they send in
      • LeWise had the idea of a Monkey of the Month, which actually could be awesome here
      • Highlight funny conversations in the forums
      • Shoutout new FUNKY PATRIOTS

          Sounds FUNKY! Loved all your ideas. Maybe it could also include:

          • Hand-picked video comments from the website and maybe YouTube as well – like runner-ups that didn’t make the end of the videos, or your top 5 faves from the ones that did make it
          • New site features or changes if they happen
          • SAMP recipients of the month (gold and platinum)
          • New SAMBABWE towns (and yes, I will also submit one… in a year or two. I can’t rush my muse :P)
          • Surveys for FUNKY MONKEYS to provide some quick feedback on the website/forums/new ideas. The results could appear in the following month’s newsletter.

              Loved the Newsletter Idea! I need more FUNKY emails on my work account! Here’s more suggestions:

              • FUNK Point Giveaway, where you give out some thousands of points to the people that win them;
              • Bring back the Dream invention by inventing the Monthly Invention! Users may suggest invention ideas and the best ones will be featured in the newsletter
              • Funniest of the month: Like the previous idea, users will submit funny pics, jokes, videos, etc. and the funniest of them gets featured for other people to laugh at.
              • Monthly ASK SAMTIME! You get the drill: Users submit, you respond to the most engaged of questions you haven’t answered yet.
              • Thing of the month: You pick a random thing and the next month becomes that thing’s month. The thing could be anything (or something specific if so desired, you make the rules!) and you write a short description of the afforementioned thing and ba-da-boom ba-da-bing! Thing of the month! (I’m sure people will be interested on this!)

              Those are my ideas for now. Also, legal stuff below:
