Notifications (Not Emails) When Someone Replies to My Post/Comment

This may be a feature already, but if it is I don’t know how to do it. It would be nice to have a notification dashboard on the website where you can see when people have replied to your posts or comments. I don’t have emails turned on because I don’t want to constantly get them whenever someone replies to me. I would much rather be able to log on as I choose and see who replied to me then. Right now I just have to look through each forum individually and see if anyone replied to me, which can be annoying.
