Hey FUNKY MONKEYS,
We’ve installed a new capability into the FUNK-O-SOFTWARE, push notifications!
Next time you visit the site, you should see a message from the KITi pop up, asking if you would like to receive notifications. I recommend you click yes, to keep up with the latest FUNK, and… to test if it actually works!!
After clicking “allow”, your browser should notify you when there’s a new video/blog-post on the site, as well (hopefully) when you get a new forum reply/message alert.
Should all be compatible with Safari and Chrome on desktop, and with any luck, the mobile versions of those browsers too.
Give it a whirl, let me know if it works flawlessly, and I guess… if Bixby didn’t install it properly.
You can resubscribe and unsubscribe from notifications anytime by clicking the bell in the bottom left of the page 😀
@sam Thanks! This could be a really useful feature.
Haha, looks like this FUNK-O-FEATURE got excited and was wanting to send out notifications for any new forum reply, not just replies to topics that you have started.
Okay, turned off the forum connection for this for now.
These push notifications will just be for new video/blog posts.
