I don’t understand why glass backs are a thing, they are worse than plastic in almost every way.
Plastic is way more durrible, than glass. The only thing that is a little bit better with glass is that it scraches less, but who cares. I’d rather have a phone with scraches on the back, than a cracked back that will cut up your fingers.
And even if glass looks nicer, who cares, It’s on the back which you barely look at
yea plastic is in some ways more derablle. (sorry for the bad spelling. I’m on a new browser and it dosnt have grammerly)
*durable
also why plastic on the backs of phones?
Plastic is a cheap material. Companies use glass cause it looks and fells more premium and is more likely to sell and for the average user helps justify the price
Also in order to use wireless charging you have to have a glass back. It won’t work with plastic or metal for obvious reasons. Tbh though I’ve literally never used wireless charging on my phone before so I’d rather have a metal back. The glass back breaks too easily in my opinion.
I for one don’t like it. It smudges and scratches and it’s like having 2 screens without the good parts of 2 screens.
I like glass. I does not feel as good as metal ( In my opinion ) But glass still feels really good. And well wireless charging is nice.
They may not be very practical, but at least they look great ( White iPhone 4S, anybody)
I don’t mind glass backs so idk
WaggishOhio383 wireless charging doesn’t work on metal, but it does work with plastic. I have 2 phones with a plastic back that support wireless charging. I don’t know, but i think it has something to do with metal being too conductive
I dont have a phone so i dont care. (yet)
same here I got a MacBook but not a phone for some reason
Why do you two not have phones?
because I am dumb
Alright then.
