I got my MacBook Air online at Apple for Education. It’s the official Apple website for students and teachers. It was around $120 discount. All the other Apple products I got was on sale

Wrong. apple makes overpriced Stainless Steel. JK, though iphones are amazing at what they can do, they are a tad bit overpriced. $900 would be acceptable for the iphone 11 pro, and $980 is good for the 11 pro max.

Just asking but I saw that on page 1 someone said that the hardware of the iPhone is not good, but as far as I am aware their chips are performing better than most of the chips android smartphones use.

what does that have to do with this? You can’t compare a computer with a smartphone (I know it’s also a computer but it serves a different purpose) That’s like comparing a coffee machine and an oven.

No. But I was talking about the performance. So I compared the CPU of one phone to the CPU of another phone. But I didn’t compare a phone to another device.
