Nope, glass can’t wirelessly charge faster than plastic. Even though glass might feel nicer at first, you have to keep in mind that glass is glass and glass breaks. A plastic back will always feel better that a cracked glass back or a glass back with a case. You don’t really need a case on a phone with a plastic back.
