Windows + L locks the PC. Cheeky! One annoying Windows shortcut that my cats knew, but I didn’t, was Ctrl + Alt + Up Arrow. Found out about it the hard way, after they rotated my screen when they stepped on the keyboard.
I was thinking of saying Alt+F4, but that could actually cause problems. While Windows+L is a harmless prank.
It just the program you are using. This can be handy if a program is crashing or something, but not when you have been writing a 5 page word document which isn’t saved.
It closes the program you are using. I proof read the post 3 times and still had mistakes
@Kalle69, it happens to me too, all the time! One Mac shortcut that I love is Option + Escape, which reads the selected text out loud and helps me spot possible issues and typos.
I’m not sure if Windows 10 has a similar function/shortcut. I used to have a software called Ivona Reader on Windows 7 which was very similar to the Mac feature and read what I copied to clipboard by pressing Ctrl + Shift + D. Extremely useful.
