The title explains it pretty well.
My personal “unpopular opinion” is that Windows 8.1 > Windows 10 in some aspects. I’m not even trolling.
January 28, 2020 at 1:54 pm #20289I agree with your opinion. I prefer Windows 8.1. I can’t use it on my main computer because Microsoft discontinued drivers for 7 and 8.1 for newer hardware. Just installed it on my old 4th gen Intel laptop.

Smartphones are too thick they need to get thinner
Cellular plans should be a pay one time thing
2d icons < 3D icons(as long as the 3D icons are as colorful as the 2d ones)
I changes the question by adding s after opinion but I think that’s ok

January 28, 2020 at 2:03 pm #20294@UnNotchslayer1 I think a lot of people agree that 7 is better than 10 in terms of looks IMO. A lot of people reminisce about Aero a LOT. I personally miss Aero, as I used to use Windows 7 daily before I got newer PCs that no longer have support for 7.
Some smartphones are too thick IMO, but my true opinion is that we need to make smartphones smaller in general. They’re starting to become these behemoths of phones and I think they should be small enough to fit comfortably in one hand.
January 28, 2020 at 2:09 pm #20298TheRandomMelon and smartphones are getting thicker every year. Every year applications use more and more battery, so smartphones are made thicker. I’m thinking: when will there be a threshold? When will smartphones get too thick? Then I’m wondering what manufacturers will do because if they can’t make the battery smaller, than there’s gonna be a problem. At the same time, I agree that smartphones should be thinner, but at the same time they need to get better at doing things that laptops do- many of which require a bigger screen, until we have like Neuralink OS or whatever it’s going to be interesting to see wat people do.

January 28, 2020 at 2:12 pm #20303@UnNotchslayer1 Things like Samsung DeX are working towards making a true “computer that fits in your pocket” type thing. I do believe that eventually, we’ll all be carrying these supercomputers in our pockets, and then when we get home, plopping them into some dock to use with a monitor and keyboard/mouse.
@robloxliam All I can say is, “Wow, that’s a hot take.”- This reply was modified 4 years, 10 months ago by TheRandomMelon. Reason: Hot takes, man. Didn't see it before

January 29, 2020 at 4:09 am #20760I hate Apple, I recommend Xiaomi. Their new phone (the Mi Note 10) Has 5 cameras, four are 48mp and one is 108mp (fyi the Iphone 11 has 3 cameras, all of which are 12mp). If you want to use the IOS os then just install the IOS 13 launcher from the play store and it will make it look like an Iphone
January 29, 2020 at 2:58 pm #20995I also hate Apple. I get that Apple has established an ecosystem, and I do like what they are doing with the really long support for every phone they release. My only problem is that they sell these devices at an outrageous cost.
My problem with MacBooks isn’t the choice of hardware, but mainly
1. The parts used on them have almost no way of repairing them
2. Butterfly Keyboard
3. Cooling. Apple uses inadequate cooling, sacrificing performance for thinness.
