Actually a lot people say that, me I’ve never played ’06 so I don’t have a opinion on it, but if Sonic ’06 started development earlier than it probably would’ve had positive reviews.

I agree taheem. Sonic 06 had a lot of potential. It’s what happens when you rush a game out. Rushing games out has been proven time and time again to make terrible games, especially in today’s time when AAA games require so much coding, design, modeling, etc to make happen. If any of those things are screwed up, the game will REALLY suck.
