Minecraft Bedrock Edition?

What are your opinions on it, do you like it or hate it?
I personally have mixed feelings about.
I have the Java edition, so I got the bedrock for free, and so far I like it. It’s a bit behind the Java edition, but I don’t care.
Of course you can’t install mods, and shaders aren’t as pretty as the Java edition, but I prefer to play vanilla survival with my friends anyway. It’s so easier to setup multiplayer and it supports VR natively.
I personally prefer Java. It’s the older version, so there are a lot more, and better, servers, maps, mods, etc. available for it. Also, for whatever reason, I just think the graphics on Java look better. Aside from Java, I really like the old console versions as well. I wish they would give Xbox One edition all the updates PS4 edition got. I hate how Microsoft tried to push us onto Bedrock. It’s just not as good.
Bedrock is better it is much smoother and had a store in it as well it also have better texture pack support it also has sever in the game it self
Personally, I much prefer Bedrock edition. You can play from almost every device (except on Linux and Mac) and it’s much easier to play with friends. No matter whether I’m playing from my phone, Kindle, Xbox, or PC I can still join my friends while using the same account. You can still use behavior packs from online for mods, and all your old bought content from previous versions of Minecraft carry over: except now you can access them on all of your devices. Bedrock is much cheaper and has more value imo.
So far, I’ve only played Bedrock Edition, so… I don’t really have an interesting opinion other than Bedrock Edition is pretty good.
