Hypixel Support is the Worst

Please sit and listen to the wonderful story I have to tell you about me and my brother’s terrible experience with Hypixel’s support team.
My brother hasn’t played Minecraft Java for the last six months. Yesterday, he finally logged onto the game again to discover he had been banned from Hypixel. It was a 1-year hacking ban that has around 330 days left. This means that whoever hacked on his account did it about a month ago when he wasn’t playing the game. Someone found out his password and logged into his account and got it banned. He sent in a ban appeal explaining the situation and quickly got a standard form response saying that he had broken the rules and would have to wait out his ban, etc, etc. I doubt they even read his appeal, and now he can’t submit or add any more details to help his case. In an attempt to help him, I went on the hypixel forums and posted a thread explaining the situation, and asked if there was anything anyone knew of that could be done. Within 5 minutes, the support team deleted my post, saying that appeals should be directed through the appeals page only and that all decisions are final. Essentially, they’re saying that nothing can be done to help him. That’s where we’re at right now, and I can guarantee Hypixel will be losing my support because of this. For how terrible they are at banning the people who do hack on their server, they’re really good at banning the people who don’t.
I don’t know anything positive to say about that but tbh I forgot about hypixel before I saw this
