Super Mario Bros Wii world 8 level 1. The hardest level of any game I’ve just about ever played. It’s the first level of the world and it’s harder than the final boss fight.
The hardest part of any game I’ve played was the Laura boss fight in The Evil Within (Chapter 10). I really had to “git gud” for that one, took me about 60 tries. One moment of hesitation and she gets you.
Hardest game on the whole was probably Alien: Isolation. Super rewarding though, I have to finish it again at some point.
I just completed the last level in doom eternal on nightmare difficulty. God was that hard, and that’s not even the hardest difficulty. There is ultra nightmare.
