Hey FUNKY FORUM MONKEYS!
You may have instantly noticed we’re testing out the dark theme for the website!
Let me know your initial reaction.
Then maybe we can see how it feels after a few days, and decide whether we want to keep it, or go back to light mode.

Not bad, but needs some tweaking.
– Dark theme does not affect profiles, which creates some major visibility issues on the forum activity pages
– FEATURED TOPICS look less featured now, is it possible to make them purple or a lighter grey instead of black?

I might stop using funkytime altogether.
@Australia, it’s just a test for now, let’s wait and see what everyone else thinks about it. I’ve noticed a number of issues too, which would need to be fixed if we are to keep dark mode.
@LeWise, it’s not necessarily true that dark mode is better for one’s eyes. See this article for instance:https://www.howtogeek.com/423717/dark-mode-isn’t-better-for-you-but-we-love-it-anyway/
if dark mode is staying, at least make the box where you reply darker. Ouch, my eyes
@Tjeff148 😂 I did mention that issue in my first post above. It happened to me too. The worst part is that although profiles are in white mode, the pages in the Activity tab have dark-mode font colours, and many texts are impossible to read:
