It’s not on sale right now, but you can sometimes get the Valve Complete Pack for only about $10. Which includes every game valve made before artifact.
The only games you’re missing out on are Artifact and Half-Life: Alyx. Artifact is just a card game, and Half-Life: Alyx is a VR game and you probably don’t own a VR headset.
