In 720p your samtime daily videos are in ~3000kb/s
Youtube at most uses 1500kb/s but you could probably get away with less than that since most of the frame isn’t moving all of the time. and that’s using h.264 you could get about half of that with the same quality using VP9. Youtube uses ~1200kb/s with vp9 in 1080p.
And for 360p it’s ~1500kb/s which is actually kind of worse. The people who would watch a 360p video probably have a bad internet connection and it’s basically a 1080p video, without all that resolution. Youtube uses like 400kb/s for 360p video and that’s with h.264

TL;DR
compress your shit, I recommend VP9, but you could still use H.264
