Look, I don’t wanna start a political argument, but you can’t just call everything you don’t like communism. Communism is the name of a very economically left wing ideology, and I’d say that one of the biggest companies in the world would be economically right wing.
You could call youtube culturally left wing, which socialist countries have been mostly, but still I’d consider the economic spectrum far more defining in what comminism is.
I looked up what “champagne communism” is and it’s a word used by socialist and it’s a word originally used by socialists to describe the hypocrisy in upper class people who identify as socialist/communist. Youtube and google don’t really identify as communist in any way.
