Hello fellow Funky Monkeys!
Given the recent news from our illustrious commander and chief in all things funky, I thought it would be nice to start a thread to show our appreciation for someone who’s a part of our lives.
I for one appreciate Sam for always keeping it light, even when facts and life in general can be depressing. His videos always bring a smile to my face and help brighten my mood.
A small part of me does hope for a video about how coincidental it is between blackberry being shut down and literally loosing a gonad. I hope Sam can see the funny side of this.
Jokes aside, I hope for a successful surgery and a speedy recovery.
Take care!

January 13, 2022 at 1:42 am #57416Sam is a treasure; I’m sure he would have his own tv show if the right producer saw him. His combination of intelligence and humor has brought me joy for years. I hope he recovers quickly and easily.
January 13, 2022 at 3:02 am #57417Good luck to ya, and i hope it goes well. You’re a great guy and i hope you can keep doing what you’re doing.

January 13, 2022 at 5:31 am #57419There were many days when Sam’s videos where the only thing that could make me laugh. He helped me when I was in a dark place, even though I was a stranger on the other side of the world.
He is a wonderful person, and it’s so tempting to complain and say that it’s unfair bad things like this happen to such good people, who use their talent to bring joy to others. But it would be too simplistic, no one really deserves to get a cancer diagnostic, and cancer doesn’t have a moral compass.
So we just need to stay positive. It’s very good he caught it early, and given that he is young, otherwise healthy, and that this type of cancer has one of the best recovery rates, he has all the chances to lead a long, healthy, and happy life.
And, if you’re even a tiny bit spiritually inclined, you’ll realise that he must benefit so much from all the positive thoughts and prayers of fans all over the world. You are loved, Sam ❤️
January 13, 2022 at 8:44 am #57421Sam is clearly one of the best, funniest and most creative Youtubers. Even more when you know he does almost everything by himself. And most importantly he seems to be just a very nice and good person. I wish him all the best and a quick recovery. Stay Funky Samtime!
January 13, 2022 at 9:21 am #57425Can’t lose the other one. Juice fast will prevent that if you do your homework on it right and dodge the miracle cure shills.
All the best for a speedy recovery!
January 13, 2022 at 3:36 pm #57427This is one of the rare scenarios I wish he was lying in his video, f*** cancer. Hopefully SAMTIME is doing okay 🙏

January 13, 2022 at 5:20 pm #57431I hope Sam comes out okay.
January 13, 2022 at 9:32 pm #57435After watching and enjoying Sam’s content for many years now, I am very saddened by this unfortunate news.
Best of luck Sam, best of wishes for a speedy recovery.
January 15, 2022 at 11:36 pm #57478I’m never good at this sort of thing, my terrible sense of humour and my personality disorder often cause me to say something totally wrong hehe. Here goes….
We’re all hoping, praying, making offerings to Odin (or whatever method we use) for the best possible outcome and a fast recovery.
Can’t wait for your triumphant return. Love you dude (like a brother that is), you’re the best!
January 26, 2022 at 8:35 pm #57558I wonder how @POPE SAMTIME is going?
January 28, 2022 at 8:35 pm #57587I logged in to see how he was going too.
February 6, 2022 at 4:38 pm #57667Hi everyone, thanks heaps for your messages.
I’m feeling pretty good right now. The surgery went well and I spent the first couple of weeks doing a POPE FORTNIGHT. I.e. Laying back and watching all the movies. Big thanks to MUMTIME helping me out during the recovery.
Starting to get back into the swing of things and planning some fun content for when I return.
I find out next week about the biopsy results, what cancer it was, and about any future treatment and/or scans.
Thanks again and stay FUNKY!
