Quick tip: On Windows, If you create a shortcut for Chrome on your desktop with the following arguments attached, you can get YouTube, but the TV edition! (also your browser will think you’re a TV, and google will act all outdated) I think you can also do it on a mac, but I don’t have one to test it out.
(The path to the browser exe file*) –user-agent=”Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686) AppleWebKit/534.24 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/11.0.696.77 Large Screen Safari/534.24 GoogleTV/092754″ youtube.com/tv#
Here’s a picture to prove it:

*Example (Edge): “C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft\Edge\Application\msedge.exe”
Exanmple 2: (Chrome): “C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe”
woah

you can also use the youtube on tv extension.
Can you reverse engineer? SO that I can get desktop version on my TV?
you can go to the desktop site on your TV by going to the web browser
