    The iPhone wasn’t really revolutionary, really the only thing that set the iPhone appart from other Pocket PCs was that you didn’t need a stylus. Pocket PCs before the iPhone could do pretty much everything the original iPhone could do, worked as a phone with cellular connection, play music, browse the internet. They could even install programs and games, something the iPhone 2G with iOS 1 couldn’t do.
