Well, they turned his goatie into a scrotum for example so it is his structure and framework that is what they based Thanos on. Of course they didn’t want to make it obvious. So basically, you take allot of footage from Rich Piana’s Youtube channel, cherry pick what you need to re-enact a line here and there and use it to create real human expressions for the acting role of Thanos.
