Just had a look and this does correspond with the time in Australia. Might be a setting in the WordPress forum plugin being used?

Yes, the forums run on Melbourne time (SAMTIME, that is). Gabs reported the bug back in December I think, when the website was still in the testing stage, and I recall POPE SAMTIME saying that there wasn’t an easy solution to this issue.
