Possible Change to Profile Skills

I don’t know if this is an intentional feature or not, or if it should go under a feature request or bug report, but I noticed when adding a skill to my profile that the words only show if the skill bar goes far enough to cover them. This makes it difficult when putting something you’re bad at since at low percentages, such as 10%, you can’t put things more than a word long since they won’t show up fully. Is there anything that could be done to change this where the whole title for the skill shows no matter what the percentage is?
