So, Bixby, Google Assistant, Siri, Alexa.
Which do you think is the best?
I like google simply because it can play Youtube Music and is a bit smarter than Alexa.
But it still does something like this↓
me: Turn the air conditioner on
GA:Do you want to turn the A/C on?
me:yes
GA:Good!*does nothing*
January 31, 2020 at 3:12 am #21518I liked Siri best, but I think Google is more functional. I like Siri more because of it’s privacy, but it’s also only on Apple devices.
January 31, 2020 at 3:22 am #21522I prefer the google assistant. The google home syncs with my phone way better than an Amazon echo. I used to have an amazon echo dot (2nd gen), but I switched to a google home mini when I got one for free from Spotify.
January 31, 2020 at 8:33 am #21575I mean I don’t find eny different from them but the voices but I do know google put more effort to there assistant but siri is still hot garbage Alexa is fine but would not really use her as my main I prefer google Assistant the most
January 31, 2020 at 6:22 pm #21662I completely forgot about “Cortana”.
I have a Windows Mixed Reality headset, and I can just use voice commands if I want to look up something or text while gaming. Other than that, pretty much useless.
February 1, 2020 at 8:55 am #21786@hidazip I feel like everyone forgets about Cortana. I have a love/hate relationship with her personally. While I think it was a great concept, it wasn’t executed well. The only time she’s useful is when you have “Hey Cortana” detection on, but having it on drains battery (on my laptop I get 2 hours of battery with it on and 5 hours with it off). Because of this, I keep it off and just use the windows search bar instead. It would really be nice if they could make a setting that turns on “Hey Cortana” detection when you have your computer plugged in, but keep it off when you are on battery power. Then Cortana might actually be useful.
