For discussion about existing or rumoured and confirmed upcoming Apple products.
January 28, 2020 at 8:02 am #20001I heard Apple is planning to start production of iPhone SE2 in February and announce it as early as March
January 28, 2020 at 10:13 am #20134Here’s what I know:
- The iPhone SE 2 (dubbed to be the iPhone 9) is basically going to be an iPhone 8 with updated internals
- September will see the release of four new OLED Super Retina iPhones (no more Liquid Retina or LCD displays) with the two pro models probably adopting they’re Pro XDR screen technology as they did with last years model
- the new iPhones will have a smaller notch (no notch seems unlikely but not out of the question)
- Touch ID is rumoured to return in either the 2020 or 2021 iPhones. This will coincide with Face ID as opposed to replacing it making the iPhone much more secure
- no longer will the mid tier models be bigger in size compared to the pro models, the more you pay, the more screen you will get
- the pro series are expected to release a second 5G compatible model meaning we could potentially see 6 iPhones released this year (being the most Apple will have released in one year)
- The processors being used (likely to be known as the A14 chip) will be the fastest in any iPhone, reaching processor scores that could match the MacBook Pro
January 29, 2020 at 10:00 pm #21077I’ve heard a rumour that there will be a 14 inch MacBook pro this year or next year.
And I’ve heard that Apple is planning to use their own processors on their next mac devices.
February 10, 2020 at 1:33 pm #23077iPhone 12 will most likely have 5G, I personally don’t really think I’ll need 5G but it’s a nice addition to some
February 10, 2020 at 4:38 pm #23087I think there will be a paid membership to get privacy (the more you pay, the more privacy you get)
February 10, 2020 at 6:44 pm #23110Love this 😂 though I will add Against Google, Apples privacy doesn’t look too bad. So iPhone over android always
February 12, 2020 at 3:53 am #23285I don’t trust android privacy…
